A Reformed Baptist Church Serving Denver, North Carolina
Denver sits on the western shore of Lake Norman, one of the fastest-growing corners of Lincoln County. Many families have moved to the Denver area in recent years, and some are looking for a church home with deep roots: confessional, Reformed Baptist, committed to preaching through the Bible verse by verse. We gather each Lord's Day in homes in the Stanley area, a short drive away, and we would be glad to welcome you.
Who we are
Coram Deo Reformed Baptist Church is a gathering of believers seeking to live faithfully before God through His Word, the preaching of Christ, meaningful fellowship, and the ordinary life of the local church. We hold to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith as a faithful summary of biblical doctrine. Learn more on our beliefs page.
When and where we gather
We gather each Lord's Day at 4:00 PM: preaching, prayer, congregational hymns, and fellowship, usually ending with a shared meal. As a growing church plant we currently meet in homes in the Stanley area, an easy drive from Denver. Visitors, please contact us before attending so we can share the location and answer your questions.
What to expect
Simple, intentional gatherings centered on the Word of God. We preach through books of the Bible verse by verse, aiming to explain the text faithfully rather than share opinions. We sing hymns together as a congregation, pray together, and read from the 1689 Confession and historic creeds. Children stay with their families; the church is family-integrated. No dress code beyond modest dress fitting for worship.
Areas we serve
Based in Stanley, we serve believers across the region, including Stanley, NC, Gastonia, NC, Lincolnton, NC, and west Charlotte.
