What is your gathering like?

Our gatherings are simple and centered on the Word of God. We are a family-integrated church, meaning children remain with their families during the service. We preach through books of the Bible verse by verse, pray together, sing hymns together as a congregation, and spend time in fellowship. We typically conclude with a shared meal.

Is there a dress code?

We do not have a formal dress code. We simply ask that you dress modestly in a way that is fitting for worship and honors the Lord.

When and where we gather

We gather each Lord's Day at 4:00 PM for worship: preaching, prayer, hymns sung together, and fellowship, usually ending around the dinner table. As a church plant in a season of growth, we meet in homes in the Stanley area, a straightforward drive down Highway 27 from Lincolnton. What to expect

Simple gatherings centered on the Word of God. The preaching works verse by verse through books of the Bible, explaining the text and applying it to life. We are not after opinions or performances; we want to proclaim what God has said. Worship includes congregational hymns, corporate prayer, and readings from the creeds and the confession. Children worship alongside their parents. No dress code beyond modest, fitting attire.
