Who we are

Coram Deo Reformed Baptist Church is a gathering of believers seeking to live faithfully before God through His Word, the preaching of Christ, meaningful fellowship, and the ordinary life of the local church. We hold to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith as a faithful summary of what Scripture teaches. Read more on our beliefs page.

When and where we gather

Each Lord's Day at 4:00 PM: preaching through the Bible verse by verse, prayer, congregational hymns, fellowship, and usually a shared meal to close. We are a growing church plant currently meeting in homes in the Stanley area, an easy drive from west Charlotte via I-85 or Wilkinson Boulevard. Contact us before visiting and we will share the location.

What to expect

Worship that is simple and intentional. The sermon explains a passage of Scripture verse by verse and applies it to life. We sing hymns together, pray together, and learn from the historic creeds and the 1689 Confession. Families stay together; children are part of the gathering, not separated from it. There is no dress code, only a request for modest dress fitting for worship.

Areas we serve

Our home base is Stanley, and we serve believers across the region: Stanley, NC, Denver, NC, Gastonia, NC, and Lincolnton, NC.
